Copper Creek Acres is a family-owned business. We strive for excellent customer service. All transactions are submitted through a reliable third party (GoDaddy Payments systems) and we do not have access to information such as credit card numbers.
While we strive to have as much consistency as possible there sometimes are slight variations in certain aspects of products that will be ordered. (For example: taste or color, etc.)
All photos visible on this site are owned by Copper Creek Acres and any duplication of these will be reported and fines will be incurred.
All Files that have been used on this site have been purchased and we have release to use them in the manner that they are listed.
Orders will usually ship within 5-7 business days. We strive to accomplish this timeline but occasionally there will be obstacles that do not allow it. In these instances, we will contact the customer to inform them of their order status.
You may return any item that is not customized if it is unused and still in its undamaged packaging and if it is within 30 days of the purchase date. You will be required to fund the shipping fees to return it. Upon arrival, we will inspect the item for damages and a refund will be issued if the item is in new condition.
Custom items are non-refundable unless we have an error in production. If Customer made a mistake on spelling when placing the order, then they must email/message with the correction needed as soon as possible. Once the item has shipped the customer will not be able to make any needed corrections.
